Daniel Dorey,

Daniel Dorey is a leader in the real estate industry, he possesses over 30 years of experience in acquisition, integration of real estate assets and real estate corporations, as well as asset management and financial structuring. Daniel was a founder and Executive Chairman of OneCap Investment Co. a publicly traded company on the TSXv exchange. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Canada Lands Corporation and President of Oxford Quebec, where he was involved in the acquisition of real estate assets valued at well over one billion and directly responsible for managing the real estate portfolio. Prior to Oxford, Mr. Dorey founded Koral Properties, which became one of the largest property management firms in Quebec within a five-year period. Previously executive chairman of OneCap Investment Corporation, past board member of the Youth Protection Division Foundation (DPJ), past chairman, Urban Development Institute; past director of the Montréal Economic Institute; past member of the Quebec Board of Directors.

Pierre Setlakwe,

Specialized in real estate law, Pierre Setlakwe has solid experience in financing, sales and acquisitions, including in municipal law issues relating to zoning and urban planning. He acts for real estate developpers and owners as well as institutional real estate investors, both Canadian and foreign, in all matters involving their real estate portfolios.Mr. Setlakwe has acquired extensive know-how in negotiating with financial institutions, whether regarding leasing, sales or real estate financing agreements and various partnership agreements. He also represents public authorities and institutions in matters involving privatization and the redevelopment of assets. In recognition of his highly regarded legal skills and professional ethics, Mr. Setlakwe is featured as a recommended lawyer in Real Estate in The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business of the Chambers Global’s directory. He acts on many boards and foundations and is a founding member of La Société de développement économique Rivières des Prairies/Pointes-aux-Trembles/Montréal-Est and was also a founder and up to recently the CEO of OneCap Investment a Capital Pool Company listed on TSXV. Pierre holds a B.A in Political Science from University of Montreal and a BCL/LLB from McGill University.

Peter Veale is a professional Engineer at OneCap responsible for coordinating technical and administrative activities from Inception to Final Completion for energy infrastructure projects with particular emphasis on renewables.  Peter is president of Veale Entreprise Ltee, a Quebec based company providing independent project management consulting services and provided construction management services to multi-nationals, including GE power systems, Hitachi and Mitsubishi for projects in Canada, the US, South America, the Middle East and Africa. Peters experience extends over 30 years on projects ranging from several million to multi billion dollar, projects as well as several start-ups in Recruitment; Construction and Food Production.

Eric McFadden

Eric McFadden has broad management and financial experience and expertise across a number of industries including oil & gas, power, energy and industrial products distribution, specialty chemicals and energy marketing.  Prior to joining OneCap, Eric was Vice President, Capital Markets and Business Development at Eagle Energy Inc. Prior to that position, he was Executive Vice President, Business Development at Superior Plus Corp., a conglomerate with holdings in energy distribution, specialty chemicals and industrial products distribution.  Before that, he was CEO of several affiliated companies which developed, constructed and operated three windpower projects totalling 147 MW of capacity.   Mr. McFadden also spent 14 years in investment banking at a major Canadian bank where his last position was Managing Director and Co-head of Investment Banking in Calgary.  Eric’s financial expertise and experience includes equity IPO’s, project debt finance, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions and tax-driven structures.

Pierre Bonin

Pierre became Chief Information Officer at Vidéotron in March 2014. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Strongkase Enterprise Inc. a private equity firm where, from 2005 to 2014, he has been actively involved in the Telecom and Data Center industries through various investments and ventures. Prior to 2005, he held various executive positions in the Telecommunications Industry such as Executive Vice-President and CIO at Microcell Telecommunications Inc. (FIDO), Vice-President Information Technology as well as Vice-President Finance and Administration at Bell Canada. A member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the audit committee of TelcoBridges, a telecom equipment manufacturer, and member of the advisory Board of iMetrik, a leading Machine to Machine solution provider. Pierre received an MBA from HEC Montréal. He holds the designation of Chartered Director (C. Dir) from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, Université Laval and the Directors College of McMaster University.

Michel Chartier

Engineering

Michel Chartier is one of Quebec’s leading consultants for critical computer centres. He is the very first engineer in Quebec to receive the Uptime accredited TIER designer certification. With over 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering UPS field, Michel Chartier is a renowned UPS systems expert and has participated in the design or modernization of more than 3 million square feet of data centres in North America and Europe. For several years, Michel Chartier has been sharing his knowledge with the Quebec engineering community as a lecturer at a number of conferences. Mr. Chartier is also a chronicler for “Electricité Québec”, Quebec’s reference magazine for electrical and lighting engineering decision makers, as well as for “Direction Informatique”, Quebec’s top magazine for IT decision makers. Mr. Chartier has been a keynote speaker in prominent national events such as “7×24 exchange” and he is actively involved at the Uptime Institute and with AFCOM.

Canlan Ice Sports Corp. is a leading operator of ice rink and multi-purpose recreational facilities. The Company’s head office is located in its Burnaby, B.C. sports complex and it maintains a second corporate office at its Ice Sports York location in Toronto, Ontario. We currently have 1,100 full time and part time employees working in our facilities. As at the date of this MD&A the Company owns, leases or manages a network of facilities in Canada and the United States. We operate primarily in the sports and recreation industry, with a focus on ice, turf and court sports.

Ramy brings a background in business management as well as a wide range of global experiences to help the Puriflor team enter the Canadian Cannabis Market. He has been an owner/operator of several industrial & commercial operations including, a family owned holding company focusing primarily on the agri-business and real estate development. Additionally, he has a vast wealth of experience with establishing new facilities for business, via infrastructure procurement, initial setup, and operation. Ramy obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 2000, before obtaining an Executive Masters in Business Administration from McGill University and HEC Montreal in 2014.

Eric Hamelin

Marketing and communications

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from HEC Montreal and a cumulated fifteen-year career in marketing for companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Red Bull and Pharmascience, Eric has been known recently for his role as the CEO of Akufen, a digital marketing agency based in Montreal.. Leading a group of 40 employees, he has worked on more than one hundred brand marketing mandates. Co-owner of several businesses in the hospitality industry as well, Eric recently joined the Puriflor team as the head of the marketing and commercialization vision of the brand.

Benoît Lemieux

Real Estate

Benoit Lemieux, Chairman and Shareholder of BCL Group. He began his career with the family business LSR Group, a major real estate developer in both Canada and the United States in 1989, before he even finished his studies. In 1991, he was actively involved in the establishment of the company in the United States. In 1993, he became Executive Vice President of the US division: LSR Management. Although it is mainly dedicated to American operations, it is fully involved in the management of Canadian operations, which at the time included more than 1500 rental units and several Real Estate Development projects. In 2000, he was appointed Executive Chairman of LSR Management as well as a new Canadian division managing office buildings: LSR Immobilier Inc. In 2004, under its governance, the company acquired a set of vacant land valued at over $ 10 million in an area of choice in Houston. In 2009, Mr. Lemieux was appointed Executive Chairman of LSR Développement, a position he still holds today.

James Shannon, M.Eng, MBA, CIM is a registered portfolio manager with over twenty years of experience in finance, engineering and infrastructure development. Mr. Shannon worked for over ten years for investment dealers in Canada in the financing of energy, mining and infrastructure projects for publicly traded companies. In addition, Mr. Shannon has worked for over seven years as a portfolio manager in alternative investments for institutional and private wealth interests. Mr. Shannon has a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an M.Eng. from McGill University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

Scott Pritchard is the President of Pritchard Network Inc. a financial consulting firm. He has also been a consultant and Senior Advisor for Quebec and Eastern Canada for the Canadian Securities Exchange since 2008. He has sat on several public company boards and has been involved in a multitude of go public transactions. Scott has a vast knowledge base of the Canadian small cap public marketplace. He specializes in areas of Investor Relations; early stage financings introductions, accounting, legal and exchange regulatory information, media and press relations, post public market making options, speaking and marketing opportunities for new public companies etc.
